Manage sway extras (however not sway itself) with systemd.

features: Automatic restart of waybar, ~~ability to stop mako during a presentation~~ (mako gets started by dbus and I can’t seem to figure out how to mask the service)

start sway with systemd-cat -i sway sway to get log output in journal
waybar (see https://github.com/Alexays/Waybar/blob/master/resources/waybar.service.in)
