With every update, Firefox changes in a direction I don’t like. And that is even with me already using Firefox ESR.

qutebrowser probably is the least worst of the lets-just-wrap-chromium-style browsers and probably by now better than Firefox, even with it having no plugin support. It has basic ad blocking support, which should work somewhat well.

Set as default browser

Some things that could be more tricky:

Synchronise bookmarks (via separate git repository)
User scripts
User stylesheets
Invidious/Nitter/Libreddit redirects (Greasemonkey user scripts)
~~Tor proxy~~ not possible (yet) to configure proxies per url-pattern
Default fonts
Permissions preferences
